Storming off like that wasn’t like me at all! I knew that If I could just get inside and talk to him and explain myself then maybe I could make this situation better! I hover my hand over the door handle but can’t find the courage to face him. Ryan has made it seem like I was using him, which I think is what pissed me off the most. Listening to him sobbing on the hallway floor through the door was almost breaking my heart. I’d put him in that situation, as the opposite gender, not really given any consideration about what Tom would have felt when I left him alone with a complete stranger. His angry words kept circling around my thoughts like a car trapped going around and around on a roundabout. I knew Ryan wouldn’t hurt him, but that really wasn’t an excuse! He’d already told me he was feeling scared, but I just fobbed it off and told him to be stronger.
